On 9/9/22 an issue with the sleepme app was determined to be originating from the app's AWS platform.
What does this mean for me as a customer?
You will not be able to access your sleepme app while the platform is down. If this issue is occurring during your set Sleep Program the Dock Pro should still initiate that program unless it is disconnected from a power source.
How does this issue present itself?
If you were logged in: The app will eventually crash and provide an HTTP Error Code 500
If you are trying to log in: The app will provide the same HTTP Error Code 500 after tapping "SIGN IN"
