You may notice when changing the temperature on your Dock Pro unit that there is an issue with the display screen, for example your WiFi icon might be missing even though your system is connected to WiFi. If you notice this icon or other items missing from the display screen you will want to unplug the Dock Pro from its power source for 1 minute and then plug it back in. This should fix the issue but if it persists you will want to contact support below.
