My OOLER schedules keep changing and / or my app name is changing

Have you setup your app and the schedule and then realize that the schedule or name are different from what you setup? 

 

There are rare instances where during the manufacturing process the same serial number was assigned to two different units .  It didn't happen often, and once identified, we changed the manufacturing process so it can no longer happen. 

Your personal information is secure and has not been shared, but when 2 people have accounts tied to the same serial number each of you impacts the other's schedule and possible app name.
