The systems should not be stored or used in below freezing temperatures (32°F/0°C) so just above freezing would be the limitation on the cold side. As for the hot side the system is not intended to be used in temperatures over 100°F/38°C.
If you try to use the system in temperatures at the extreme ends of this spectrum you could see a dramatic drop in the efficacy in the unit heating/cooling the pad. For best results you should be using out system in a slightly cool to slightly warm room 55°F/13°C to 75°F/24°C.
