Overview: This article will provide the proper steps to take when a customer is leaving their unit for an extended period of time and the unit won't be in use.
1. Prior to leaving run a deep clean on the system with cleaning solution.
2. Drain both the unit and the pad and do not put more water in the system.
3. Leave the cap off of the unit(s) and put in storage or at least leave the unit(s) unplugged.
