We understand that selecting your mattress and sleep products is one of the most important decisions you can make. With that in mind, we want to help you in making sure that the decision is the right one for you. Therefore, we offer a 30-Night Comfort Guarantee with any Cube, OOLER, Dock Pro and weighted blankets purchase.
Here is how our program works:
- The trial period begins the day you receive your product.
- If within the first 30 nights you are not comfortable with your product please contact us. Our Customer Support team will assist you and seek to address any questions or concerns you may have.
- If we cannot resolve the situation to your satisfaction, we will take the product back and reimburse your purchase price.
- For International Customers outside the UK and EU and outside the continental US, please note you will be responsible for all shipping charges.
- All merchandise being returned must be in good condition and must be given a return authorization number from Customer Support under "How do I Return...". Once provided, the Return Merchandise Authorization will expire within 30 days of the date of issuance. The Return Merchandise Authorization packing slip must be included in the box with the product when returned.
- Refunds will be issued within 30 days of receipt of the product at ChiliSleep and could take 5 - 10 business days to reflect on your original form of payment.
- If the product was originally purchased through an Authorized Dealer, you will need to contact that Dealer for assistance in this process. The refund will be provided by your Dealer.
