If you purchased a Cube, OOLER, or chiliBLANKET within 30 days from our online store you are eligible for a return. We can not process returns for products purchased from third-party retailers, so you will need to contact them directly to find out their return policy.

For outside the Continental US and International Customers please be aware that you will be responsible for Customer Shipping Costs associated with your parcel.
